Term & conditions for stockists
ORDERS & PAYMENT
$150 minimum for opening order
$100 minimum for reorders
Orders can be made via our online wholesale store or via email.
All orders purchased via online store are required to be paid via credit card or Paypal at the time of shipment. Alternative payment arrangement can be made via email. Net 30 days payment terms may extend to our existing retailers with orders via emails. No orders for accounts with a balance due will be shipped until all outstanding amounts have been made.
TURNAROUND
Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 business days depending on the availability and receiving payment authorisation for the purchase. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible with a revised turnaround.
PRE-ORDERS
Occasionally, some items will be available for pre-orders with the estimated ship date. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped in full when the pre-ordered items become available. If you would like to split your order, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please advise when confirming the orders.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our studio in Sydney, Australia via Auspost or courier. Please advise if you require special shipping arrangement or if you would like us to use your shipping account. any duties or custom fees incurred are the responsibility of the retailer.
Shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on weight of your order from $13-20. Complimentary shipping is offered for all Australian orders over $800 AUD with code FREESHIP.
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally items may be out of stock. You will be notify of any items that are backordered and we will ship out all the in-stock items. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise.
cancellation, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. A restocking fee may apply. We do not accept unsold merchandise. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

All for Typoflora product designs and images are copyright to Typoflora. Work may not be produced, altered or used without written permission. In purchasing any Typoflora products, retailers must agree to our term and conditions.
All existing stockists are welcome to use our high resolution images from our image library for marketing purposes.

By placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to stop selling to stockists who fail to comply with our policy. These terms are subject to change at any time.
